Return & Exchange Policy

At ModCart Online Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

    • Returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (for health and safety reasons).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at 0326 2655159 with your order details to request a return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us within 5 days of approval.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.
